Um, yeah... It was late at night and we found these tiara's at wal-mart. I think I am morally opposed to wal-mart - but they are open late, and they have a bridal section.

Hosted a little cocktail reception at 620 Loft & Garden in NYC. Amazing venue - 7th floor of the Rockefeller Center, a rooftop garden right in the middle of midtwon manhattan.

Tasti D, You're So Good To Me

There is little else that brings me more joy on a hot summer day in the city than a cup of Tasti D Lite. Today I went with a small cup of vanilla with a granola on top. Occasionally I'll go with the granola in the bottom too, but not today.
note: the building in the back (the one with the ticker) is my former office.

It's day 2 and I'm already cheating and I will call myself out on it right now. I did not take this photo today - but rather at Christmas while we were out in LA. Yeah, Christmas in LA ... it was not as bad as it sounds. These kids are two of a kind, kindred spirits - they just 'get' each other. I absolutely love it.

I really did take a photo today. But I just chose to cheat and use this one. I think it is worthy.

OK, so perhaps this is not the strongest photo to start off my photo-a-day blog . But I thought, what better way to start a blog than the welcome that greets guest as they pass the threshold of the house. The new house.
